The Pili Nut is probably new to you! And that is not surprising, because we are the first to sell them in the Netherlands! The Pili nut is the most suitable nut during a ketogenic diet. For example, this nut is not very low in carbohydrates, it is also very rich in healthy fats.

Pili nuts grow at the base of a volcano in the Bicol region of the Philippines. The volcanic subsoil ensures that the soil is rich in minerals, while the climate provides sufficient water. The nut is characterized by the hard shell. This arises because the fruit must remain protected during heavy rainfall, strong winds and even typhoons! This makes it a complicated process to harvest the pili nuts. The hard shell is opened by the locals by hand, with a machete.

The nut contains only about 4 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams and a whopping 79,5 grams of fat! This makes the pili nut the most suitable nut for a ketogenic diet. Tasty and in portion

Pili nuts are very tasty. For me personally prefer the coco-cocoa because that gives back the candy feeling a bit. The best part is that you don't overeat. Something that happens to me more often when I open a pack of nuts. You know exactly what you're getting.

Raw & Wild Pili Nuts

Delicious!! I have taken all flavors to France. When the rest of the company eat chips or something, I have a delicious bag of nuts for myself. Flavor is fine and it's super convenient that it's a nice little package! Top product.
