ABOUT OKONO STONE AGE BREAD
The Stone Age Bread is a delicious and super healthy alternative for bread during a ketogenic diet. This bread mixture consists of 7 different nuts and seeds in a nicely balanced ratio. The mixture is free from flour, yeast, added sugars, emulsifiers and other additives. What you see is what you get! Add some eggs, olive oil and a little salt and you have your own keto-friendly bread. Delicious with some fresh cheese, salmon or some macadamia butter
To prepare the OKONO Stone Age Bread, add 4 eggs, 50 ml olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 150 ml water in addition to the bread mix. Step 1: Beat the eggs and mix all ingredients. Grease a loaf tin and then put the dough in it. Bake these for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
